Location-review inquiries

When you submit the form, MoonVend receives your name, work email, location type, any optional location note, the page used to submit the request, and the submission time. This information is used to review the opportunity, respond to you, and keep necessary business records related to that conversation.

Validated inquiries are processed in the United States by MoonVend's AWS-hosted website and delivered through Amazon Simple Notification Service to a designated MoonVend inbox. The application does not intentionally write form contents to its logs. AWS and the email provider may retain technical or delivery records under their own service terms.

Technical delivery data

Hosting, security, and network providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. MoonVend does not use this notice to claim that provider logs are never created.

Cookies and analytics

The current website build does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, embedded services, or other tracking technologies are introduced, this notice and any required choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Choices and contact

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. MoonVend does not use the inquiry form to sell personal information or enroll you in advertising messages.
